Thanks to the generous contributions of our supporters, we are able to offer bursaries to subsidize program fees, allowing our programs to be more accessible to as many youth as possible. We offer bursaries up to 90% and ask that parents/guardians apply for what their current needs are. We understand that these are difficult times for many families. As such, if you require financial assistance for your child to attend our programs, please consider applying to our bursary program below. Your information will be treated with complete confidentiality.
How to Apply for a Bursary:
- Please review the current offerings for Vancouver In-Person Clubs or Kelowna In-Person Clubs.
- Complete the relevant Bursary Application Form below.
- We will receive your application, review it, and email you regarding its status.
Note: If you see the confirmation message on the webpage after hitting submit, we have received your application. You will not receive an email confirmation for your application. - If your application is approved, register for the applicable program using the provided coupon code via the links below.
If you are concerned about programs filling up, and have the ability to do so, you may register beforehand. If your application is successful, we can apply the coupon code retroactively in order to refund the quantity of the bursary to your credit card. However, we recommend that you apply for bursaries first before registering for a program.

Due to the limited number of bursaries available, we encourage you to submit applications as early as possible! Applications will remain open until the total number of bursaries have been distributed. Please only fill out one form for each child. Geering Up is only able to offer one bursary per child per clubs season.
